September 2020 Chapter 10 Lunch - Live at La Casita
We are resuming our monthly lunches on the second Friday of the month. The September 2020 lunch will be Friday, September11, 2020 at 1 p.m. at:

Please remember to bring your name badges. I encourage wearing badges at all Escapee events, it helps everyone remember your name. If you need a name badge, you can get one made inexpensively at the Escapees Headquarters building at Rainbow's End.
Visitors and guests are encouraged to attend. You'll be made to feel welcome.
Theme: 19th anniversary of the terrorist attack on the United States. Wearing something patriotic is appropriate and encouraged.
What to do to make this lunch a success.
Sign up. To help ensure that we are prepared for the number of people that attend we are asking people to signup for the lunch. Please let me know by Thursday at noon.
DO NOT COME if you are feeling sick, have COVID-19, have been exposed to someone who has COVID-19 and you have not been cleared by your doctor, or you are concerned it is too early for a gathering like this lunch.
The Escapees organization has not to my knowledge changed their recommendation/requirement that gatherings like this should not occur because of the pandemic. Therefore this lunch gathering is not an official Escapee event.
No earlier than 12:30 - Do not enter the restaurant before 12:30 p.m. Dave Metzger and I will be working with the restaurant to have the back room set up appropriately for our meeting taking social distancing into account. We will not be ready for members to enter until 12:30 p.m.
Wear a mask into the restaurant and wear it at any time you are not maintaining social distancing. Bring some hand sanitizer for personal use and use it or, while wearing a mask, come by where I am sitting and I will squirt some hand sanitizer in your palm.
Wear your name badge.
